Teresa Finaldi

My name is Teresa Finaldi - MS in Counseling, Hypnotherapist, Energy Intuitive, Reiki Master, Astrologer and student of A Course in Miracles. 

I walk alongside women who have lived through traumatic relationships and the grief of losing what felt most essential.

My work is grounded in emotional resilience -  helping you return to the truth of who you are beyond the grief, not by moving around it.  By moving through it with honesty and compassion.  

My approach is trauma-informed and spiritually grounded, shaped by more than a decade of one-on-one and group work across counseling, social work, advocacy, and education. I bring these experiences together with Intuitive Energy work and Hypnotherapy and my spiritual trainings to support healing on both the emotional and deeper spiritual levels.  

Over the years, I've worked alongside  women navigating recovery, healing from sexual abuse, cancer care, hospice, aging,  parenting of children with special needs and healing from traumatic relationships.
